NIKHO
ELB is proud to introduce our seventh affiliated artist Nikho! Nikho is a up and coming DJ out of Chicago who has mixing and producing music since the tender age of 17, and he has played clubs and festivals all over the place! He started out mixing at house parties and would soon after be booking clubs all over the area while producing some insane promotional mixes.
Shortly after crushing the mixing game for awhile Nikho decided he’d try his hand at producing. While producing he has made a couple of very high energy and bass heavy tracks, one a remix of Basto’s I Rave You, and my personal favorite his original track Ditto. Ditto is a high energy bass heavy track that features an unreal build up into some dirty synths, making this track an absolute electro house banger!
Be sure to like Nikho on Facebook, and to follow him on Soundcloud! Be Sure to stay tuned for more Nikho on the site in the future!
SUNEIL S
“Suneil S started off producing music after a spell in higher education studying Sound Production technology; however his ability to take advantage of self-education at home acted as a catalyst to some inspirational results as a rookie producer. After a prolonged period producing Hip-Hop/R’n'B during the early stages of his career, success was prominent after a decision focusing on switching styles to House music.
Since those early days, Suneil has enjoyed much success producing and remixing for a host of electronic labels across the world ranging from the UK to US, Sweden to Serbia to name a few places on a global scale. Having received much accolades from some heavy-hitters in the scene such as Pete Tong, Stonebridge, Axwell & Tomcraft but to name a few, Suneil continues to impress in his aims of reaching new heights. His approach to producing music consists of pushing boundaries and always working towards revolutionising his sound, hence standing out from the rest in progressing with his own unique trademark sound within sub-genres of House music. One of his key characteristics is his knowledge between the underground electronic dance music scene and the mainstream both as a DJ and a Remixer. He engages these types of music whether it is electro, progressive house or club remixes of commercial chart hits, which acts as a link to gaining an even bigger and more diverse fan base with interest from both markets.
Recent years have seen Suneil establish himself as a resident DJ in his hometown of Edinburgh, Scotland, demonstrating his diversity within dance music and bringing a sound to the ears of his audience which comes from his own unique tastes, with no biast opinions towards any particular genre. In other words, if it sounds good then it’s good to go! This being a clear advantage in terms of adapting to requirements of playing different events, not only as a DJ but also meeting the demands of a frequently evolving dance music industry with his studio-work. In the clubs, he demonstrates his ability to know when to drop the right track and captivate his crowd as well as showing exceptional mixing technique, also evident in his monthly online podcasts. Overall, his aim will be to carry on this progress by accomplishing his place within the elite names of the EDM scene and bringing this superior knowledge to the masses.”
Be sure to check out Suneil’s SoundCloud page here, like him on facebook here, and follow him on twitter here. We have also featured a few of ELB’s favorite songs and remixes by Suneil S, which include his original ‘First Time’ featuring Elysha West, his remix of Calvin Harris and Ne-yo’s new song ‘Let’s Go’, and finally his edit of Liam Keegan and Charlie G’s ‘Calling’ which was done with Stu-Con. Keep an eye out for future releases by Suneil on ELB and enjoy!
HOUSE NERDS
The House Nerds are a pair of graduates from UC Berkeley with a diverse skill set. One, a computer programmer with an economics background and the other, a strategy consultant with an engineering degree. While educationally and professionally different, their skill sets align under the umbrella of music with deep roots stemming from over 16 years experience studying and practiving the art of music from jazz trombone to classical saxophone. Most recently, the duo have embraced their passion and love for EDM music, and more specifically house, by becoming ardent students of the art of DJing. As House Nerds, we understand the Science behind good music and difference an excellent DJ can bring to the life and energy of a party. Our belief is that DJs should be more than just ‘disc jockeys’, but they should be educators providing peer guidance and personal transformation. We are constantly researching the best that EDM has to offer and aim to provide the most profound experience to all of our peers through each and every one of our publications or performances. Be sure to check out The House Nerds on Facebook here, SoundCloud here, Twitter here and YouTube here.

PILLS
Born in Paris, France in 1988 but shortly after moving to Cannes at 5 years old, Pills discovered music with Disco (ABBA, etc), and Varieties (Queen). He first got hooked on electro as so many of us did with the release of “Digital Love” by the legendary Daft Punk. He had his first dealings with house/club music at 15 years old and shortly after he started to mix on Technics MKIIs. He began to produce at age 17 on Fruity Loops (Image-Line) and says his influences are simple: “french touched” & Electro Music (Daft Punk, Freshmakers, Vitalic, Birdy Nam Nam) House Music (Ian Carey, Solveig, Sinclair, etc), and Club (Swedish House Mafia, John Dahlback, Thomas Gold…). These days Pills is producing with Logic Pro and mixing with the NI Traktor Kontrol S2 and has various styles that he enjoys producing and spinning from hip-hop to electro to house and club music. We are very excited to have Pills here as an Affiliated Artist, check him out on Facebook here, Twitter here and SoundCloud here.
