December saw so a ridiculous amount of amazing tracks released so this was a hard one to order. Taking the top spot though had to be the long anticipated collab between Nicky Romero and Avicii ‘I Could Be The One’ which finally saw its release at the end of December. The list also features great tracks from Alesso, Porter Robinson, Kaskade and many more! Check it out after the jump.

No Knows Who We Are (Original Mix)
Incredible new collaboration here between the American Super Producer Kaskade and the Russian powerhouse group Swanky Tunes ‘No One Knows Who We Are’. The song also features the lovely voice of Canadian vocalist Lights and some very sweet lyrics. It builds with a nice piano line and the vocals of Lights, progressively building in very Kaskade style production before dropping into a very Swanky Tunes-esque electro house drop. You can totally tell what was contributed by all parties here and they come together to make quite an amazing track.

Lessons In Love (Fareoh Remix)
One of my favorite producers from 2012 has had to of been Fareoh, I mean he brought us some huge tracks like his collab with Archie ‘Feathers’ and ’2012′. Now he’s taking on Kaskade’s track ‘Lessons In Love’ which is a heavier track off his 2011 album ‘Fire And Ice’. So Fareoh takes the nice vocals from Neon Trees and gives them a progressive/ synth heavy drop. To be honest I’m diggin Fareoh’s clean synth led version in comparision with Kaskades chord heavy electro trrack. Let us know what you think and enjoy!

Room For Happiness (Above and Beyond Remix)
Kaskade’s huge hit ‘Room For Happiness’ with vocals from the lovely Skylar Grey has already been remixed by the likes of Gregori Klosman and Feenixpawl now I have the latest remix of the track this time coming from trance trio Above and Beyond. I knew this was gonna be an amazing track even before listening to it. The original is incredible a lot of that being attributed to the incredible voice and lyrics from Skylar Grey but also to Kaskade as well. A&B keep most of those original vocals and turn it into a beautiful trance track. Who has had your favorite remix of this track so far? Let us know!

ELB Exclusive Interview: Feenixpawl
Feenixpawl is a DJ/Production duo from Melbourne Australia that consists of Aden Forte and Josh Soon. Their recent hit ‘In My Mind’ has been tearing up dance floors from Australia to the US for almost a year now. The track is a collab with Axwell, and Ivan Gough and it features some powerful vocals from Georgi Kay. All Mixed Up Pier 94 Recap and Review
Here goes nothing, my write up of All Mixed Up on Saturday October 27, 2012 in New York City at Pier 94 featuring the incredible talents of Sebastian Ingrosoo, Alesso and Otto Knows. First and foremost another amazing job by the event team at Pacha NYC for putting this thing together at such a large venue, always a flawless production. This was my first time attending a show at Pier 94 so I was unsure of exactly how the venue is set up, its kind of outdoors but in a large tent so its also a bit indoors I suppose. Now this was of course a Halloween show and along with I guess you could say it’s sister show, The Haunted Coliseum at Nassau, the DJs played a set at the Coliseum then made their way to the Pier right afterwards for their sets their. Pretty genius idea to sellout to enormous arenas and have it worked out so easily. Enough introduction lets get to the sets starting with Otto Knows, who I did miss a good chunk of because as usual I was late but I did get some of his set so continue reading here!

Kaskade – Llove (Dada Life Remix)
Well it’s finally here, Dada Life’s remix of Kaskade and Haley’s track ‘Llove’ has FINALLY dropped…only took like five months. The track was originally dropped at Cochella, and despite being one of the biggest tracks of the festival the Dada bros took their time dropping the tune. I might be a bit bitter that it took so long but to be honest I’m still lovin’ the heavy bass drop that was added to the song’s original vocals…Enjoy
